Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist In Charge with daily functions
- Supervise Data Entry and Customer Service Technicians to ensure productivity standards are met
- Allocate staffing resources based on current workflow
- Review and enter new orders for staff pharmacist review
- Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies
- Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
- Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist In Charge
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Texas required
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned
- Good organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to physically perform light lifting
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
- Knowledge of SIG-Codes
- Quick typing skills
- Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS
